Return Policy

At Femme Flare, we want you to feel confident in your skincare choices. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy exclusively for skincare products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the skincare product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on:
 • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
 • Makeup and cosmetics (lipsticks, foundations, mascaras, etc.).
 • Haircare and body care products (shampoos, lotions, body scrubs, etc.).

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at femmeflare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at femmeflare@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at femmeflare@gmail.com.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, even if the product is not defective. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
